2008

郑论于2008年在北京创立朋设计工作室，后于2018年将工作室注册成知子文化创意（北京）有限公司，主要服务于北京地区高品质的住宅空间和公共空间的设计。Zheng Lun founded Peng Design Studio in Beijing in 2008, and later registered the studio as Zhizi Culture and Creativity (Beijing) Co., Ltd. in 2018, mainly serving the design of high-quality residential and public spaces in the Beijing area.

郑论于1995年毕业于东北师范大学美术系环境艺术专业，同年底到北京在香港大信施装饰工程公司开始职业设计师生涯，先后由项目带动同香港，新加坡，意大利等国际同行和设计事务所展开合作和交流，在建筑和装饰语言方面受益颇深，也同项目一同成长，并得到甲方业主的赞同和帮助，2018年后以知子设计事务所形式展开更多项目的开展。Zheng Lun graduated from the Environmental Art Department of Northeast Normal University in 1995. At the end of the same year, he began his career as a professional designer at Daxinshi Decoration Engineering Company in Hong Kong. Through his projects, he has collaborated and exchanged ideas with international peers and design firms in Hong Kong, Singapore, Italy, and other countries. He has benefited greatly from the language of architecture and decoration, and has grown together with the project. He has also received the approval and assistance of the client of the first party. After 2018, he started to carry out more projects in the form of Zhizi Design Firm.

设计理念浅谈

从矛盾入手：选择一组看似对立的理念（如舒适vs仪式），以它们为设计起点，往往能产生最具创意的方案。以身体为尺度：所有理念最终要落到身体感受上。用1:1草模或虚拟现实测试光线、声学、尺度对人的实际影响。允许留白与时间：最好的哲学空间是未完成的——留出墙面让植物攀爬，留出地面让水渍漫延。时间会成为你的合作者。这三组理念不是选择题，而是一张光谱。优秀的空间设计能根据具体情境，在光谱中找到最恰当的“调性组合”，让使用者在不知不觉中被空间影响、支持、启发。Starting from contradictions: choosing a set of seemingly opposing concepts (such as comfort vs. ritual) as the starting point for design often leads to the most creative solutions. Using the body as a scale: all ideas ultimately fall on bodily sensations. Test the actual impact of light, acoustics, and scale on humans using a 1:1 grass model or virtual reality. Allow for space and time: The best philosophical space is unfinished - leaving walls for plants to climb, leaving floors for water stains to spread. Time will become your collaborator. These three sets of concepts are not multiple-choice questions, but a spectrum. Excellent spatial design can find the most appropriate "tone combination" in the spectrum based on specific situations, allowing users to be influenced, supported, and inspired by the space unconsciously.

项目设计投标

项目设计规划中要注意以下几点：思路空洞大量通用性描述，看不出对项目的具体回应，逻辑断裂理念→策略→方案之间缺乏因果关系，忽略硬约束不回应限高、退线、容积率等法定条件，过度炫技方案很炫但无法落地或造价离谱，缺少推导过程只给最终效果图，不给分析过程。In project design planning, attention should be paid to the following points: hollow ideas with a large number of generic descriptions, no specific response to the project can be seen, logical breaks between concepts → strategies → plans lacking causal relationships, ignoring hard constraints without responding to legal conditions such as height limits, setback lines, and plot ratios, overly flashy plans that are flashy but cannot be implemented or have unreasonable costs, lack of derivation process, only providing final renderings without analysis process.

设计元素推演

避免直接把一个贝壳粘在墙上当装饰。好设计是“神似”不是“形似”。把贝壳的螺旋线用在楼梯扶手的造型上，才是推演。掌握推演方法后，你的设计会从“这里放个弧形因为好看”变成“这里放个弧形，因为它是萨克斯风形态的延续，在强调空间的音乐感和流动感”。Avoid sticking a shell directly to the wall as decoration. 落地能力自查清单：效果图里的每一款材料，我们都有实物样板或可采购的型号吗？效果图里的家具尺寸，和真实产品一致吗？所有不同材料交接处，我们都画了节点大样吗？施工图上的尺寸标注到毫米级了吗？我们有没有一份详细的材料表（编号+品牌+型号+采购渠道）？......Self inspection checklist for landing capability: Do we have physical samples or available models for each material in the rendering? Is the furniture size in the rendering consistent with the actual product? Have we drawn node samples for all the different material junctions? Have the dimensions on the construction drawings been marked in millimeters? Do we have a detailed material list (number+brand+model+procurement channel)? ......

很多项目失败，源于乙方基于自己的理解做假设，而非客户的真需求。面对面探讨能让你听到客户的一手想法、顾虑甚至矛盾点。客户有时说不清自己需要什么。通过追问、举例、场景模拟，你能帮客户理清思路，发现他都没意识到的核心痛点或机会点。很多误解和纠纷源于双方对范围、标准、预期的理解不同。共同探讨能同步信息，把“黑箱”变“透明”。客户最懂自己的业务场景。探讨中你获取的行业术语、流程细节、历史教训，能让你的方案从“理论上正确”变得“实践上可用”。不探讨，你卖的是产品；深入探讨，你交付的是“问题被解决”的确定性。后者才是客户真正愿意为之付费的长期价值。Many project failures stem from the assumption made by the second party based on their own understanding, rather than the true needs of the client. The industry terminology, process details, and historical lessons you acquire during the discussion can make your plan from "theoretically correct" to "practically usable". Not discussing, what you are selling is a product; In depth exploration, what you are delivering is the certainty that the problem has been solved.
